Refund policy

We offer returns in line with Australian Consumer Law.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, however return approval is required before any items are sent back.

Change of mind

We do not guarantee returns for change-of-mind purchases. Where a return is approved:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A restocking fee may apply

Due to the nature of our products, assembled or used furniture items cannot be returned.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
